Customers will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address stated on their order.
Once dispatched from our warehouses (depending on the delivery service chosen by the customer) the customer will receive a dispatch confirmation saying that the order has been completed our end.
If the customer chose 1st class then the order should be with them the next working day after the order being marked as completed, 2nd class can take 2-3 working days.
We allow ourselves up to 2-3 working days to dispatch standard orders from our warehouses. For example, if you place an order Monday then it’ll be dispatched latest Thursday the same week.
Order confirmations are automatically sent when your order is successful. If you still haven’t received it after 15 mins then we advise you check that your inbox is not full and also to check your junk box.
If you still do not have one then please contact us and we will issue one manually.
This option is subject to availability on products. Orders which have chosen this option and are placed before 11am will be dispatched same day, any orders after 11am will be dispatched the next working day. Express delivery means we will dispatch the goods within the time frames explained above, delays at the courier company are out of our hands so this isn’t a 100% guarantee you’ll receive the goods the next day it’s a guarantee we’ll dispatch them.
Standard delivery whether it be a letter, large letter or parcel up to 3-5 working days and is available to UK Mainland only. If you want your parcel faster please choose the speedy upgrade.
Speedy delivery will get your parcel to you in 1-3 working days. This is your speedy option but if it isn’t fast enough please select express dispatch.
To be eligible for free delivery your order must amount to £60 or above. This delivery will take up to 3-5 working days. Free delivery is to UK mainland only.
